This is to inform you that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the
terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company,
the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the
Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons and their relatives as defined in the code, from Tuesday, 01st July,
2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial
results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.
The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
