Pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and

the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the

Company’s securities by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, will remain closed

from July 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30,

2025.

Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to

trade in the Company’s securities during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.

The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results for

the Quarter ending June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
