Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to announce that Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material

Limited (‘Company’), has signed a Term Sheet for leasing 67,005 SFT with M/s. Volumnus

Developers Private Limited for starting up factory at Building No. GB-200B, Green Base

Industrial & logistics park, Thriveni Nagar, Vadakapattu Village, Oragadam, Chengalpattu

District, Tamil Nadu – 603 204. A formal lease agreement will be entered between parties in due

course of time and will be registered in the presence of Sub-Registrar. Security Deposit(s) have

been paid to the land lord.

The Company shall make the necessary intimation to stock exchanges as and when Lease Deed

is registered.
