Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company as amended from time to time,
please note that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remain closed from
Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the
Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of
the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Accordingly, all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to
trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated
separately in due course.
