With reference to the captioned subject and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for

Prohibition of Insider Trading, and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

Regulations, 2015, as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the

trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified

designated persons of the Company from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of Financial

results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The date of meeting of the Board of Directors, to approve the financial results of the Company

for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be informed in due course.
