Company shall remain closed for all Designated/ Connected Persons from 1st July, 2025 till
the end of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended
on 30th June 2025.
The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Unaudited Financial
Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated to you separately.
