Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that:

Mr. Jhanwarlal Bhanwarlal Sipani (Donor) has executed a Deed of Gift dated 16 June 2025,

whereby he has transferred by-way of gift 5000 equity shares of face value ¢ 10/- each of Kusam

Electrical Industries Limited in favour of Mrs. Milli Navin Goliya (Donee), without any

monetary consideration.

This transfer has been effected out of natural love and affection and is duly accepted by the

Donee. The shares shall now vest in the Donee along with all rights and entitlements attached

thereto.
