Pursuant to Regulations 30 and Regulation 31A (10) of the SE (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”). We wish to inform that the Existing Promoter and

Promoter Group of the Company conveyed their intent to be reclassified as Public Shareholders of the

Company pursuant to open offer given by Acquirer M/s Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP and as per relevant

provisions of Law, the reclassified promoter and promoter group cannot continue as Director and KMP of the

Company.

In compliance to prevailing law following directors belonging to Promoter Group have submitted their

resignation from their respective positions with closing Business hours of 24th June, 2025.
