SUB: INTIMATION FOR CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW FOR THE QUARTER ENDING ON 30TH

JUNE, 2025

REF.: Max Heights Infrastucture Limited (SCRIP CODE: 534338)

In compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,

2015 (“SEBI PIT Regulations”) and in terms of Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and

Report Trading by Insiders", the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall close

not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the

quarter ending on 30th June, 2025.

In view of the above, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the

Company shall remain closed w.e.f 1st July, 2025 and will open after the 48 hours from the declaration of

Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025 along with the

Limited Review Report thereon.

The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the above-mentioned Un-audited Financial

Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025 will be intimated separately in due course.

It has been informed to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with

the SEBI PIT Regulations and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Company’s securities during the

above period of trading window closure.

Further in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19,

2023, the PAN of the designated person along with their immediate relatives shall stand freeze by the

Designated Depository, National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) w.e.f 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours

from the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
