As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

Regulations, 2015 (including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25,

2019), the “Trading restriction period" shall be made applicable from the end of every

quarter till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results.

In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the
