Sub: Notice for Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading

adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading

window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Designated

persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from Tuesday,

01st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results to the Stock

Exchange for the Quarter ending on 30th June, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for approval of

aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.

Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company

during the above said period of closure of trading window.
