Trading Window Closure: Further, in terms of Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor

and Report Trading by Designated Persons” read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 24th June, 2025 till

the conclusion of 48 hours after the information becomes generally available.
