Petronet LNG Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-06-2025: Record Date

Petronet LNG Limited has informed the Exchange that Record date for the purpose of Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 is 04-Jul-2025. If the final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, shall be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
