Sub: Intimation regarding delay in submission of financial results for the year ended 31st

March, 2025

Ref: Intimation under regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing

Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company is unable to publish its audited financial

results for the year ended 31st March, 2025 within the prescribed timeline, due to circumstances

beyond its control. We have already intimated about delay till 28th June, 2025 in our letter dated

12th May, 2025.

However, due to the resignation of the Statutory Auditors, M/s Manoj Acharya & Associates,

Chartered Accountants (FRN No. 114984W), with effect from 23rd June, 2025. the financial results

could not be finalized and audited within the intimated timeline.

The Board of Directors is in the process of appointing a new Statutory Auditor in compliance with

the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company is taking all necessary steps to

ensure that the financial results are submitted at the earliest possible opportunity, once the new

auditor is appointed and audit procedures are completed.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and request you to kindly take the above on record.
