In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to

inform that our Company has received work order of Rs. 35,32,50,000/- (approx.) exclusive of GST from Kirloskar Solar

Technologies Private Limited dated June 17, 2025 for Supply of all the equipment and execution relating to it for the

Development of 11775 KW Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Projects at various locations of Central Armed Forces and

Department of Ministry of Home Affairs. The Work order was formally communicated to the Company via email on June 20th,

2025 and the terms were finalized and order was accepted today i.e. June 24, 2025.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-

PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024

and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.

This order will significantly broaden the customer base and serve as a key driver in enhancing the company's profitability.
