Greaves Cotton has announced a board meeting on 30th July, 2025, which is also the date set for the 106th AGM held via video conferencing. The record date for the Rs. 2/- per share dividend payout for FY ending 31st March 2025 is 23rd July 2025. Shareholders recorded by this date will receive the dividend, subject to tax deduction, on or before 28th August 2025. The share transfer books will be closed from 24th to 30th July.
