Wheels India Limited — JV/Acquisition, 25-06-2025: Acquisition

Wheels India has announced a board meeting on the acquisition of 7.65 lakh shares (3%) of Axles India at Rs. 22.68 Cr, raising its stake from 9.51% to 12.51%. Axles India, with a revenue of Rs. 847 Cr, manufactures axle housings for medium and heavy commercial vehicles, complementing Wheels India's product portfolio. The move strengthens Wheels India's hold in a strategic JV partner and expands its presence in key commercial vehicle components. The transaction is a related party deal completed at arm’s length, financed entirely in cash.
