GVP Infotech has announced a book closure from July 12 to July 18, 2025, with the record date on July 11, 2025, to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The dividend payout, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on July 18, will be made within 30 days post-AGM to shareholders holding shares as of the record date.
