Poonawalla Fincorp Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 25-06-2025: Allotment of Securities

Poonawalla Fincorp has announced a board meeting on June 28, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Separately, it allotted 80,000 fully-paid secured NCDs of ₹1,00,000 each (₹800 Cr) under Series ‘C3’ and 80,000 partly-paid secured NCDs of ₹1,000 paid-up each (₹8 Cr) under Series ‘C4’ via private placement. Both carry a 7.7% coupon, have tenures around 5 years, and will be listed on BSE’s debt segment. This raises ₹808 Cr, strengthening debt capital without equity dilution.
