GVP Infotech Limited — Others, 25-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

GVP Infotech Limited has announced a board meeting and the convening of its 13th Annual General Meeting to be held through video conferencing. The meeting will cover approval of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per equity share (7.5%), and reappointment of directors including Ms. Neelu Manroopji Choudhary, Shri Rajesh Ramnani, and Shri Prawincharan Prafulcharan Dwary as Independent Directors. The company will also appoint M/s Chetan Patel & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and reappoint Mr. Rajesh Thakur as Managing Director, with his annual salary increased up to Rs. 6 lakh. Additionally, Mr. Ramchandra Dallaram Choudhary was appointed as a Non-Executive Director to fill a casual vacancy, and remuneration of Non-Executive Director Mr. Dhaval Jitendrakumar Mistry is proposed to be revised to Rs. 36 lakh per annum.
