Jindal Stainless has announced a board meeting to approve two key decisions: appointing Mr. Tarun Kumar Khulbe, the CEO and Whole-time Director, as the Chief Financial Officer, consolidating his leadership role; and making PT Glory Metal Indonesia, a joint venture focusing on a 1.2 million tonne stainless steel melt shop in Indonesia, a step-down subsidiary by gaining majority board control through its wholly owned subsidiary. This move strengthens Jindal’s control over its strategic international manufacturing operations, aligning with its global growth strategy.
