Jindal Stainless Limited — Others, 25-06-2025: Appointment

Jindal Stainless has announced a board meeting on which it approved appointing Mr. Tarun Kumar Khulbe as Chief Financial Officer while continuing as CEO. Mr. Khulbe brings 35 years of steel industry experience and has been instrumental in the company's growth and operational improvements. Additionally, the company will make PT Glory Metal Indonesia (PT GMI) a step-down subsidiary by gaining majority board control through its wholly owned subsidiary. PT GMI, a joint venture set up in 2024, is developing a large stainless steel melt shop in Indonesia with a 1.2 million tonne capacity, aligning with Jindal Stainless’s global manufacturing strategy.
