Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. At its 40th Annual General Meeting held via audio-visual means, shareholders approved the audited balance sheet and profit & loss statements, declared a final dividend for FY 2024-25, and ratified remuneration for cost auditors. The reappointment of Mr. Yoshikazu Ishihara was confirmed, and Spanj & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors. A revision in the Managing Director’s remuneration and material related party transactions with Highly Electrical Appliances India Limited were also approved.
