Computer Age Management Services Limited — Board Meeting, 25-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) has announced a board meeting approving further investment of up to ₹1 crore in its subsidiary Fintuple Technologies by subscribing to its rights issue. Fintuple, a 54% owned fintech startup specializing in digital onboarding, KYC, and fund data solutions for AIFs and PMS, reported a turnover of ₹5.1 Cr in FY24, up sharply from previous years. This infusion will support Fintuple’s short-term working capital needs and bolster its growth in capital markets technology solutions. The rights subscription is expected to complete by end-July 2025.
