ASK Automotive Limited — Board Meeting, 25-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ASK Automotive has announced a board meeting on which it approved entering a joint venture with T.D. Holding GMBH to manufacture and sell sunroof and helix cables for passenger vehicles. ASK will hold 49% in the JV, investing up to Rs. 2.45 Cr, with Rs. 0.49 Cr infused at incorporation. TDH will own the remaining 51%. This move aims to strengthen ASK’s product portfolio in the automotive cable segment through strategic partnership and focused manufacturing capabilities.
