The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conferencing, with the register of members closed prior to the AGM date. E-voting will be available for shareholders. Mr. Rahul Bhutoria has been appointed as the voting scrutinizer. M/s. Jain N K & Co. has been appointed as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26.
