Golden Crest Education & Services Limited has announced a board meeting to approve its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing. The board approved sending the AGM notice along with key reports for the financial year ended 31/03/2025. The share register will be closed ahead of the AGM, and e-voting arrangements were finalized with Mr. Rahul Bhutoria appointed as scrutinizer. M/s. Jain N.K. & Co. has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board re-appointed Mr. Yogesh Lama as Managing Director and CEO, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
