Sarla Performance Fibers Limited has announced a board meeting to adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders approved all six resolutions at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing, including adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share, reappointment of director Ms. Neha Jhunjhunwala, revision in remuneration of Mr. Kanav Jhunjhunwala following a change in designation, ratification of cost auditor’s remuneration for FY 2025-26, and appointment of secretarial auditor for FY 2025-30. All resolutions passed with overwhelming support.
