Manav Infra Projects Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 25th June 2025, approving the Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report for FY24-25. The 16th AGM is scheduled for 18th July 2025 via video conferencing, with the share closure from 11th to 18th July. Key appointments proposed for shareholder approval include the re-appointment of Managing Director Mahendra Narayan Raju with an annual remuneration of up to Rs. 48 lakhs, Executive Director Dinesh Shivnath Yadav at up to Rs. 10 lakhs per annum, and the appointment of Vipul Vishnu Awaghade as an Independent Director for five years. Appointment of P M Agarwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and approval of borrowing limits were also proposed.
