Manav Infra Projects Ltd. has announced a board meeting on July 18th for the 16th AGM via video conferencing. The Board approved the Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report for FY24-25. Re-appointments of Mr. Mahendra Narayan Raju as Managing Director and Mr. Dinesh Shivnath Yadav as Executive Director, with remunerations up to Rs. 48 lakhs and Rs. 10 lakhs per annum respectively, will be proposed to shareholders. The Board also proposed appointing Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade as an Independent Director for a five-year term and M/s. P M Agarwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Borrowing limits will also be sought for approval.
