Signatureglobal (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 25-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SignatureGlobal has announced a board meeting on the approval of raising up to ₹875 Cr through Secured Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. A Debenture Committee has been set up to oversee this issuance. The board also approved amending the Articles of Association to allow the appointment of a director nominated by the debenture trustee, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, a Postal Ballot notice has been approved to seek shareholder consent for the NCD issuance, enhanced borrowing limits, and related amendments.
