Signatureglobal (India) Limited — Important, 25-06-2025: General Updates

Signature Global has announced a board meeting and approved raising up to Rs. 875 Cr via secured listed redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) through private placement. A Debenture Committee is formed to oversee the issuance. The company also approved amending its Articles of Association to allow appointment of a director nominated by the debenture trustee, subject to shareholder approval. A postal ballot notice will be issued to seek shareholder consent for the NCD issuance, borrowing limit enhancement, and related amendments.
