POCL Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 25-06-2025: Company Update

POCL Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the acquisition of a 40% equity stake and 85% of non-cumulative non-convertible redeemable preference shares in PlanetFirst Green Private Limited for INR 19 Cr. PlanetFirst, a lead recycling company incorporated in 2022, reported a provisional turnover of Rs. 79.43 Cr in FY25, up from Rs. 30.96 Cr in FY24. This acquisition strengthens POCL’s presence in lead recycling, aligning with its strategic goals to enhance resource efficiency and market share. PlanetFirst now becomes an associate company of POCL Enterprises.
