Solarium Green Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss collaboration with the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) through a recently signed two-year MoU. This partnership focuses on joint R&D to design, develop, and field-test solar-based heating systems tailored for cold regions like Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh. The alliance aims to accelerate innovation in energy-efficient and sustainable solar heating solutions, strengthening Solarium’s role in India's clean energy transition. There are no equity stakes or special rights involved, and the MoU may be terminated with one month’s notice.
