Adani Green Energy Limited has announced the voting results of its 10th Annual General Meeting held through virtual means. Key resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder support include adoption of the financial results for the year, re-appointment of Mr. Gautam S. Adani as Director, appointment of M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and re-appointment of Mr. Vneet S. Jaain as Managing Director for five years. The re-appointment of Mr. Raminder Singh Gujral as Independent Director for three years was also approved. Shareholders approved alteration to the Articles of Association deleting the Common Seal clause and authorized material related party transactions for FY 2025-26.
