Can Fin Homes Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-06-2025: Record Date

Can Fin Homes has fixed July 11, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend of Rs.6.00 per equity share (face value Rs.2 each) for FY25. Shareholders on this date will be eligible for the dividend payout after AGM approval. The 38th AGM is scheduled for August 20, 2025. The Board also approved proposals to raise up to Rs.10,000 Cr via debt instruments and up to Rs.1000 Cr through equity issuance including QIP, preferential allotment, or rights issue.
