Shetron Limited has announced a closure of its trading window from 1st July, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. During this period, insiders including employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s shares. PAN of designated persons will be frozen by the depository during the trading window closure to ensure compliance. The board meeting date for declaring the financial results will be informed later.
