Goa Carbon Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Separately, the company has initiated a postal ballot process seeking shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Anupam Misra as Executive Director and KMP for two more years from May 2025. E-voting is arranged through MUFG Intime with voting rights based on shareholding as of the cut-off date. The results will be declared within two days of voting closure and published on the company and stock exchanges’ websites.
