Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited has announced a security cover certification for its pool of receivables amounting to Rs. 5,719 Cr hypothecated in favor of Beacon Trusteeship Limited against secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs. 1,170 Cr. Out of these, Rs. 1,841 Cr of receivables remain unencumbered. The loan accounts (29,670 in number) underlying these receivables are standard with no arrears recorded. Cash and cash equivalents stand at Rs. 4,783.10 Cr. The overall security cover has slightly decreased to 1.23 times due to a temporary reduction in margin trading facility. The company maintains adequate asset coverage for its NCD obligations, supporting investor confidence.
