Manav Infra Projects Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing to adopt the audited financial statements for the year and approve re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra Narayan Raju as Director. The board seeks shareholders’ approval to appoint Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade as an Independent Director for five years and to increase the borrowing and mortgage limits up to Rs. 20 Crores to support business growth. Remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Mahendra Raju and Executive Director Mr. Dinesh Yadav has been revised to Rs. 48 Lacs and Rs. 10 Lacs respectively. M/s. P M Agarwal & Co. has been proposed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
