Shelter Pharma Limited has announced a board meeting to approve raising up to INR 38.46 Cr through the issue of 91.02 lakh convertible equity warrants on a preferential and private placement basis to promoters and non-promoters at INR 42.25 each, including a premium. These warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled to seek shareholder approval for this fundraise. The company appointed an independent valuer for pricing and fixed dates for relevant corporate actions related to the issue. Trading in company securities will reopen soon post the issue.
