Veer Global Infraconstruction Ltd — Updates, 26-06-2025: Company Update

Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited has announced a joint development agreement with Mr. Inas Salu Pereira for the development of a land parcel. Under the agreement, Veer Global will allot and convey 48% of the total constructed area, equivalent to 3,032.17 sq. meters in flats, to the landowner. There is no shareholding involvement or related party connection between the company and the landowner. This development deal enhances Veer Global’s project portfolio and unlocks value through collaboration with the landowner.
