Semac Construction Limited — Board Meeting, 26-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Semac Construction Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved acquiring the remaining 50% stake in Semac Construction Technologies India Private Limited for Rs. 50,000 in cash. This will make the target company a wholly-owned subsidiary, aligning with Semac’s consolidation strategy. The target, specializing in design and project management consultancy, reported a total income of Rs. 69.68 lakhs in FY 2024-25. The acquisition will complete shortly and strengthens Semac’s hold in its core service segments.
