This move makes Semac Technologies a wholly-owned subsidiary, strengthening the group’s design and project management consultancy capabilities. The target company’s revenue stood at Rs. 69.68 lakhs in FY25, up from Rs. 2.81 lakhs the previous year. The acquisition aligns with Semac’s consolidation strategy, aiming to enhance control and operational integration within its core business verticals.
