Heranba Industries Limited — Important, 26-06-2025: General Updates

Heranba’s wholly owned subsidiary, Heranba Organics Pvt Ltd, has announced commercial production commencement at its Sarigam Unit Phase-II, manufacturing fungicides and insecticides. Combined production capacity of Phase-I and II is 9,000 MTPA, with expected annual revenue of Rs. 375-475 Cr. This expansion supports Heranba’s growth focus, aiming for strong revenue acceleration and margin improvement in FY26, leveraging its resilient business model and established market presence in agrochemicals.
