The India Cements Limited — Results, 26-06-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

India Cements has announced a board meeting on 26th April 2025, where the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025 were approved. The company clarified that the audited standalone and consolidated results, along with the statements of assets and liabilities and cash flow statements, were reviewed and approved unanimously following recommendations from the Audit Committee.

The Independent Auditors’ Report initially had a minor UDIN discrepancy which has been corrected. The financial statements were duly signed by Mr. K.C. Jhanwar, Director, who was authorized by the Board, as the company currently doesn’t have a regular Chairperson, Managing Director, or Whole-time Director.

The Board meeting was held on a non-trading day and the financial results were submitted within the stipulated time. India Cements continues as a subsidiary of UltraTech Cement Limited.
