Hitachi Energy India has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company secured an order from Power Grid Corporation of India to supply 30 units of 765 kV, 500 MVA single-phase transformers, supporting India’s expanding and more sustainable power grid. These ultra-high-voltage transformers improve grid efficiency, reduce losses, and help manage growing renewable energy integration. The transformers will be manufactured locally in Gujarat, underlining the company's commitment to domestic production and India's energy transition goals.
