EIH Associated Hotels Limited — Important, 26-06-2025: Closure of operations

EIH Associated Hotels has announced a board meeting on 26th June 2025, confirming the closure of its Trident Jaipur hotel from 1st July 2025 for renovation. The hotel generated Rs. 44.14 Cr revenue in FY25, contributing 10.34% to the company’s total revenue. The renovation is expected to cost Rs. 156 Cr, with the hotel reopening by January 2027.
