The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Shah as Whole-time Director (Technical) for a three-year term from April 2026 to March 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, remuneration for the Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Priyam Bipinbhai Mehta, and Executive Director & Joint-CEO, Mr. Vishal P Mehta, for the remaining tenure from April 2026 to March 2028 was approved, also subject to member approval. Mr. Amit Shah is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 40 years of experience in the corn wet milling industry, recognized for his expertise in production, quality assurance, and sustainability initiatives.
