Orchid Pharma Limited — Others, 26-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Orchid Pharma has announced the outcome of its equity shareholders’ meeting held via video conference to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation with Dhanuka Laboratories. The meeting was chaired by the NCLT-appointed chairperson and included remote e-voting and voting during the meeting. The Managing Director presented the merger details, and votes were collected electronically. Final voting results will be published on the company and NSDL websites and notified to stock exchanges.
